Qualification

- Strong understanding of integration workflows and best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and identify reusable patterns.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product.
Responsibility
- Own, maintain, and improve Zip’s integration templates for scalability and consistency.
- Analyze customer implementations to identify reusable patterns and convert them into standardized assets.
- Define and document best practices for technical solution consulting.
- Collaborate with EPD teams to design and iterate on ERP and integration templates.
- Drive consistency and quality across all technical solution consultants.
