- Own, maintain, and improve Zip’s integration templates for scalability and consistency.
- Analyze customer implementations to identify reusable patterns and system nuances.
- Define and document best practices for technical solution consulting.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to enhance integration workflows.
- Drive the development of reusable integration assets to improve developer experience.
