Zip is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to lead customer onboarding and implementation of their procurement platform. Qualification
- 4+ years of experience in Procurement/Sourcing Management, ERP/P2P Systems Consulting, or managing B2B SaaS customer relationships
- Experience with implementation or administration of procurement tools/ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Ariba, Oracle Fusion)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work hands-on and influence product roadmap
Responsibility
- Lead onboarding for new customers, focusing on understanding requirements and configuring the product to solve their problems
- Manage end-to-end implementation for new customers, building out their processes from scratch
- Conduct training and Q&A sessions with customers and stakeholders to empower them to use the product independently
- Proactively manage projects across multiple customers to oversee requirements and tasks during onboarding
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to evaluate customer requests and set expectations
- Ensure customer satisfaction and expedite onboarding processes
- Continuously improve post-sales processes to enhance customer value
