The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, configuring the product, and collaborating with product and engineering teams. Qualification
- 4+ years of experience in Procurement/Sourcing Management, ERP/P2P Systems Consulting, or managing B2B SaaS customer relationships.
- Experience with implementation or administration of procurement tools or ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Ariba, Oracle Fusion).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibility
- Lead onboarding for new customers, focusing on understanding requirements and configuring the product to meet their needs.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation process for new customers, building their processes from scratch.
- Conduct training and Q&A sessions with customers and stakeholders to empower them to use the product independently.
- Proactively manage projects across multiple customers to oversee requirements and tasks during onboarding.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to assess customer requests and set expectations accordingly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and expedite the onboarding process to maximize value for clients.
- Continuously improve post-sales processes to help customers achieve quicker time to value.
