Responsibility
- Assist the Solution Architect in designing and delivering Zuora Billing and CPQ implementations.
- Configure solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and best practices.
- Support technical integrations with CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and ERP (NetSuite, SAP, Workday) systems.
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements from customers and stakeholders.
- Create technical documentation and support testing and deployment processes.
