The role involves supplier management, contract compliance, and optimizing the supply chain to support the company's growth and clean energy transition. Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Procurement and Acquisitions Management or equivalent experience.
- Several years of work experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in supplier management and collaboration.
- Knowledge of contract management and compliance processes.
Responsibility
- Track mission-critical orders and ensure delivery dates are met, reporting any issues to team members.
- Manage suppliers and collaborate with internal stakeholders to address quality and service issues.
- Process and manage Purchase Orders while updating sourcing management on order statuses.
- Ensure contract and supplier compliance with terms and conditions.
- Locate and qualify new sources of supply as needed.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and assist with inventory management.
- Mentor and support team members as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
