- Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention.
Responsibility
- Synthesize customer, market, and competitive insights into actionable recommendations.
- Partner with Product and Design to guide roadmap priorities and feature development.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for product launches, including naming, messaging, and positioning.
- Drive strategies across the full user journey from awareness to retention.
- Tackle complex challenges with strategic recommendations and action plans.
- Define KPIs, track metrics, and evaluate campaign performance for continuous improvement.
