- Experience in developing training content and performance metrics.
- Ability to drive strategic initiatives and measure their impact on customer experience.
Responsibility
- Lead and execute the Academy strategy, defining curriculum and performance measurement.
- Drive content excellence by collaborating with Product, Engineering, Clinical Safety, and other teams.
- Educate and empower clients and internal teams through onboarding and continuous learning programs.
- Build and scale a learning and knowledge-management function for external partners and internal members.
- Act as the senior leader accountable for customer and stakeholder adoption of the AI platform.
