Qualification
- 5-7+ years of experience in product development of highly technical products.
- Experience in Product Management or similar senior roles (Senior PM or above).
- Ability to craft and tailor messaging for potential customers, including executives.
- Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to both non-technical and technical audiences, including AI developments.
- Degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
- AI-related experience or product development for AI agents (preferred).
- Some coding experience with React, TypeScript, and Go.
- Italian language proficiency (Italian-speaking).
- MBA or equivalent professional experience (preferred).
Responsibility
- Build and ship enterprise-grade AI agents in partnership with engineers and customers, enabling thousands of daily conversations.
- Engage with customers at all levels to discover requirements, tailor solutions, and present compelling demonstrations of Sierra’s agents.
- Collaborate with technical counterparts to diagnose and overcome business-process challenges affecting agent effectiveness.
- Develop and improve Sierra virtual agents to fit and anticipate customers’ needs and workflows.
- Establish trusted advisory relationships and drive strategic technical directions for clients.
- Shape the product roadmap by coordinating with engineering and product teams to scope and deliver essential features for customer success.
