- Partner with Agent Product Managers and Engineers to scope, build, and ship AI agents.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, driving their AI strategies.
- Design and refine conversational AI agents, contributing to product development and improvement.
- Manage execution and delivery of complex agent development projects.
- Coordinate communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the agent development lifecycle.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform customer and internal team decisions.
