Qualification
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a sports or entertainment environment.
Responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests to the venue and being knowledgeable of venue layout, programs, and policies.
- Act as the first point of contact for guest inquiries and client issues over the phone, in person, and via email, escalating to a supervisor when necessary.
- Monitor entry to the venue and ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Assist in receiving and collecting payments from guests.
- Provide programming and facility information to guests.
