Qualification
- High School Diploma or its equivalency.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in stage production or similar roles.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage crew effectively.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and equipment operation in a live event setting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by event schedules.
Responsibility
- Oversee stagehand crew for efficient load in and load out during production while ensuring safety requirements are met.
- Assign tasks to crew for assembling/disassembling props, audio, lighting equipment, and other show-related equipment.
- Maintain the stage and work area during events, ensuring smooth load out and cleanup after shows.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures, training team members on safe equipment operation.
- Manage crew’s time and attendance, ensuring compliance with local wage and hour laws.
