Qualification

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Responsibility
- Proactively monitor and engage with VIP clients to provide high-quality customer service.
- Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients to drive sales and long-term business.
- Manage VIP list and accommodate guests with disabilities in compliance with ADA requirements.
- Execute delivery and placement of arrival amenities and gather client feedback for improvement.
- Maintain professionalism, cleanliness, and standards of all VIP areas.
- Assist with general office duties as needed.
