Qualification

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in customer service or hospitality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibility

  • Proactively monitor and engage with VIP clients to provide high-quality customer service.
  • Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients to drive sales and long-term business.
  • Manage VIP list and accommodate guests with disabilities in compliance with ADA requirements.
  • Execute delivery and placement of arrival amenities and gather client feedback for improvement.
  • Maintain professionalism, cleanliness, and standards of all VIP areas.
  • Assist with general office duties as needed.
