Qualification

  • 5+ years of proven B2B SaaS/fintech sales experience, with a track record of selling payments solutions (payments acceptance and billing) to SaaS or tech companies.
  • Strong technical sales background with ability to understand and communicate complex fintech/payments concepts and translate customer needs into solutions.
  • deep knowledge of US market dynamics and experience selling to mid-market to enterprise customers; ability to navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and storytelling skills; ability to build executive-level relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics (e.g., Salesforce); ability to forecast accurately and manage a healthy pipeline.
  • Self-motivated, customer-success oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; capable of working with founder-like energy and leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency.

Responsibility

  • Own the full sales cycle for US-based SaaS customers, from qualification to close, to drive revenue growth in payments solutions.
  • Develop and execute targeted account plans, identify opportunities, and manage a robust pipeline to meet or exceed quotas.
  • Conduct discovery, needs assessment, and deliver tailored demonstrations of Airwallex payments, billing, and cross-border capabilities; articulate ROI and business value.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (C-level, VPs, and senior managers) and negotiate complex deals with finance, legal, and procurement teams.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Product, Legal, and Customer Success to craft winning proposals, RFP responses, and implementation plans.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts; ensure deals align with risk/compliance requirements and close in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data (e.g., Salesforce), provide accurate forecasting, and report on pipeline health to leadership.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, renewals, and upsell opportunities; drive long-term customer value.
