The role focuses on supporting the company's growth by designing and managing compensation programs for manufacturing teams, ensuring competitiveness and internal equity.
Qualification
- Proven experience in compensation strategy and program design, preferably in a high growth environment.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills to conduct market pricing and job evaluations.
- Excellent communication skills to advise and partner with leadership and HR teams.
- Experience in managing compensation programs for manufacturing or technical roles.
- Ability to lead change management initiatives and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Responsibility
- Drive Anduril’s success by providing compensation expertise to the leadership team.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to People Business Partners using high growth company experience and quantitative rigor.
- Partner with Senior Leaders to ensure the success of compensation programs for Manufacturing teams.
- Guide leadership through annual and mid-year compensation planning cycles.
- Design and implement comprehensive compensation programs aligned with organizational strategy.
- Lead job evaluation processes and conduct market pricing analyses for internal equity and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with HR teams to resolve complex compensation issues and support strategic decision-making.
- Manage change communications regarding compensation practices across the organization.
