Qualification

- Strong understanding of recruiting strategies and candidate management processes.
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders including hiring managers and senior leadership.
- Proficiency in using recruiting tools and platforms such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibility
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring projects across the division.
- Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using prospecting techniques, tools, and automation.
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team, hiring managers, and senior leadership to shape recruitment strategy.
- Advise on workforce planning through regular strategic updates and business reviews.
- Act as a subject matter expert using tools like Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Gem to engage passive candidates.
