Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Recruiter on a 6-month contract basis to join their recruiting team. The role focuses on sourcing and screening candidates for software positions within the Air & Ground Deterrence team, while also supporting hardware recruiting. The recruiter will work onsite in Costa Mesa, CA or Seattle, WA, and will be responsible for managing the hiring process, building recruiting strategies, and analyzing performance data.
Qualification
- Experience in technical recruiting, particularly in software roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and track performance metrics
- Experience with candidate management tools and techniques
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of recruiting processes
- Familiarity with the defense technology industry is a plus
Responsibility
- Source and track a high volume of candidates while maintaining communication with stakeholders
- Establish trust and partnership with business leaders to influence talent strategy
- Develop an understanding of the mission to effectively pitch the team and close technical talent
- Track and analyze pipeline and performance data for insights into improvement
- Build recruiting strategies that contribute to long-term growth and implement best practices
- Act as a subject matter expert in prospecting techniques and tools for candidate management
- Conduct interviews with candidates to align with hiring manager preferences
