The Technical Recruiter will play a crucial role in sourcing and managing candidates for software and hardware positions, primarily for the Air & Ground Deterrence team. This is a 6-month contract position based in Costa Mesa, CA or Seattle, WA, with potential for conversion to a permanent role.
Qualification
- Experience in technical recruiting, preferably in software and hardware domains
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and derive insights for process improvement
- Familiarity with candidate management tools and techniques
- Proven track record of closing technical talent
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of recruiting tasks
- Experience in building relationships with business leaders
Responsibility
- Source and track a high volume of candidates while maintaining communication with stakeholders
- Establish trust and partnership with business leaders to influence talent strategy
- Develop understanding of the mission to effectively pitch opportunities to candidates
- Track and analyze pipeline and performance data for insights
- Build recruiting strategies for long-term growth and implement best practices
- Act as a subject matter expert in prospecting techniques and tools
- Conduct interviews with candidates to align with hiring manager preferences
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
