Qualification
- Dynamic, people-oriented personality able to quickly adjust in a fast-changing environment
- 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Consistent record of hitting and exceeding quota
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with Salesforce, Slack, and Microsoft Teams is preferred
Responsibility
- Close deals by effectively managing multiple sales cycles in a fast-paced startup environment
- Research accounts and create effective client communication to generate new revenue
- Maintain strong client relationships to offer the best solutions through the Awardco platform and drive revenue
- Collaborate strategically across departments to provide effective solutions to client needs
