- 4-year Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience in a client-facing role required
- Experience with product configuration in a SaaS/tech industry preferred
- Project management experience preferred
Responsibility
- Independently prioritize and manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously
- Guide clients through implementation to ensure customer success and satisfaction
- Maintain high levels of communication with clients throughout the project timeline
- Ensure tasks are completed correctly and efficiently while meeting project deadlines
- Maintain client and project records within project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Salesforce)
- Become an expert in the Awardco platform and stay updated on product releases
- Collaborate with other departments across the company
