This role involves collaboration with the CEO and leadership team to attract and retain values-aligned talent, manage employee lifecycle processes, and oversee HR compliance and compensation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR leadership within fast-growing or mission-driven organizations, with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion.
Qualification
- 6+ years of experience in People/HR roles
- 3+ years in a leadership or strategic HRBP capacity
- Proven track record in building or scaling people functions
- Experience designing equitable compensation and growth pathways
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws
- Exceptional communication skills and high emotional intelligence
- Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Strong project management skills
Responsibility
- Develop and execute Beam’s holistic people strategy aligned with company goals and values
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on organizational design and talent planning
- Own the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Design and run performance management and career development systems
- Coach managers to enhance leadership skills and support learning initiatives
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR compliance
- Select and manage people systems to support efficiency and scalability
