- Experience handling employee relations cases
- Familiarity with employment laws in European countries
- Ability to manage complex HR operations and compliance
Responsibility
- Manage International HR Operations & Compliance for EMEA entities
- Create Global Mobility policies for international scaling
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to refine HR programs
- Standardize performance management processes in partnership with Legal
- Support first line managers in employee relations operations
- Ensure compliance with Security and Financial Audits
- Manage benefits and pension offerings for European entities
- Partner with Workplace team for EMEA events and community building
