They are seeking a Strategic Projects Lead (SPL) who will manage operations and contracts with labs and enterprises, emphasizing operational excellence and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Qualification
- Technical degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Comfortable with SQL and Python.
- Operational experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations without a playbook.
- Strong desire to make an impact and a voracious appetite to learn.
Responsibility
- Building and scaling operations that drive real revenue in a short period of time.
- Managing a large number of experts and processes across the entire stack.
- Making high-impact decisions daily.
- Wearing multiple hats including operations, execution, strategy, and product.
