- Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer or similar role
- Experience leading end-to-end design across web and mobile apps
- Ability to contribute to product strategy by identifying opportunities and crafting innovative solutions
- Strong collaboration with product management, engineering, and research teams
- Passion for personal finance and building intuitive, delightful user experiences
- Self-motivated, quick learner who thrives in a focused design environment
- Located in NYC or able to work in NYC hybrid environment (in-office four days per week)
Responsibility
- Serve as design lead, building end-to-end experiences across the employee and advisor platforms
- Drive product strategy by identifying opportunities and generating innovative solutions
- Craft intuitive and efficient designs and iterate to improve existing features
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and research to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Design for both web and mobile apps and ensure consistency across platforms
- Advocate for user-centered, accessible design and high-quality interaction design
- Represent design in cross-functional kickoff and project planning
