As a Senior Accounting Manager, you will play a strategic role in enhancing financial operations and driving innovation in accounting processes, particularly using NetSuite ERP.
Qualification
- Proven experience in accounting management, preferably in a high-growth technology company
- Expertise in NetSuite ERP and financial systems design
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
- Experience with process improvement and automation in accounting
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead teams effectively
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in managing multi-entity and international accounting operations.
Responsibility
- Oversee daily accounting operations related to the US general ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations and adjustments
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies to maintain financial integrity
- Administer all finance and accounting-related applications and integrations, including Netsuite, Ramp, Numeric, and more
- Design and implement scalable workflows, roles, and permissions in NetSuite
- Create customized reporting solutions, automate routine processes, and deliver hands-on support and training for end users
- Identify and execute process improvements that reduce close timelines and enhance data quality across the GL and broader finance organization
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design accounting systems and processes that support multi-entity, international operations and ensure future scalability
- Ensure financial systems and reporting structures produce actionable, real-time insights that support company leadership in decision-making.
