- Lead the AI Deployment Lifecycle, managing the entire process from use case design to user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Facilitate Technical Workshops with customers to align on objectives, technical specifications, and integration architecture.
- Drive successful customer engagements, acting as the main point of contact throughout the AI deployment process.
- Champion best practices in a dynamic environment, ensuring high standards in program delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders to ensure program success.
