Qualification
- 2+ years of professional experience, with 1-3 years in enterprise Account Management
- Fluent communication skills in German (C1 or C2) and English
- Experience managing relationships with enterprise-level customers
- Ability to analyze and simplify complex subjects for effective communication
- Adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment
Responsibility
- Drive Customer Experience as the main point of contact for clients
- Manage the full after-sales customer lifecycle from onboarding to upsells
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and gather feedback
- Take ownership of customer satisfaction metrics including NPS and referrals
- Collaborate with the Head of Customer Success and Founders to drive strategy
