The CVP will act as an executive advisor, orchestrating cross-functional teams to achieve measurable business outcomes and champion innovation within customer organizations.

- Ability to shape multi-year transformation strategies and validate insights
Responsibility
- Serve as the senior advisor and primary owner of the Celonis value agenda across a small but very strategic portfolio of accounts
- Lead the Value Engineering strategy, defining value opportunities, collaboratively prioritizing execution, and shaping multi-year transformation roadmaps
- Orchestrate, inspire and motivate cross-functional Celonis teams to deliver coordinated, high-impact business outcomes for customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level internal/external executives
- Mentor customers on organization design, managing change and maturation of a Center of Excellence to focus on increasing adoption of our platform
- Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support for their success, and offer feedback to managers on team performance
