Celonis is a leading company in Process Intelligence technology, seeking a Client Value Partner (CVP) to drive growth strategies and lead enterprise-scale transformation programs for strategic customers. The CVP will act as an executive advisor, orchestrating cross-functional teams to achieve measurable business outcomes and champion innovation within customer organizations.

Qualification

  • Proven track record of influencing C-level leaders
  • Experience steering complex transformation programs
  • Demonstrated ability to drive profitable growth with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach
  • Strong executive presence and strategic vision
  • Ability to shape multi-year transformation strategies and validate insights

Responsibility

  • Serve as the senior advisor and primary owner of the Celonis value agenda across a small but very strategic portfolio of accounts
  • Lead the Value Engineering strategy, defining value opportunities, collaboratively prioritizing execution, and shaping multi-year transformation roadmaps
  • Orchestrate, inspire and motivate cross-functional Celonis teams to deliver coordinated, high-impact business outcomes for customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level internal/external executives
  • Mentor customers on organization design, managing change and maturation of a Center of Excellence to focus on increasing adoption of our platform
  • Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support for their success, and offer feedback to managers on team performance
