Qualification
- Proven experience in outreach, business development, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for mental health and a commitment to improving access to care
- Experience in healthcare or behavioral health is a plus
Responsibility
- Develop and operationalize go-to-market (GTM) strategy for efficient new market penetration
- Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across primary care and mental health sectors
- Champion Charlie Health's mission and programs to potential patients, parents, and providers
- Collaborate with team members to enhance outreach efforts and community engagement
- Monitor and report on outreach effectiveness and community needs
