- Communicate with internal teammates, insurance companies, or patients for resolution of accounts
- Ensure accurate posting of insurance and/or patient payments into the billing system
- Reconcile accounts to ensure the patient’s account is accurate
- Identify account issues and develop solutions for resolution
- Maintain detailed records of transactions and communications regarding accounts
