Responsibility
- Serve as designated representative of assigned fulfillment center, coordinating and implementing Safety, Loss Prevention, Food Safety, and Environmental Compliance Program.
- Influence behavior and encourage dedication to Chewy.com safety standards.
- Conduct training and mentor associates on work habits to support safety efforts.
- Support management in ensuring compliance with corporate expectations and applicable laws, conducting theft investigations as needed.
- Identify and recommend management of compliance issues, safety risks, and improvement opportunities through audits.
