Responsibility

  • Drive growth within our existing customer base in the Mid Market segment (300-1000 employees)
  • Focus on expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities rather than net new business
  • Build and deepen relationships with current customers to maximize value and adoption
  • Partner with customers to understand evolving business goals, timelines, and success metrics
  • Ensure ClickUp continues to deliver value as needs change
  • Analyze customer usage to identify opportunities for improvement
