Responsibility
- Drive growth within our existing customer base in the Mid Market segment (300-1000 employees)
- Focus on expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities rather than net new business
- Build and deepen relationships with current customers to maximize value and adoption
- Partner with customers to understand evolving business goals, timelines, and success metrics
- Ensure ClickUp continues to deliver value as needs change
- Analyze customer usage to identify opportunities for improvement
