Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in procurement, finance, or contract management, with a proven record of negotiating savings and delivering value.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibility
- Negotiate savings and favorable terms on all purchases, consistently delivering cost reductions and value for the business.
- Oversee and refine purchase request workflows, ensuring rapid, accurate execution and proactively identifying opportunities to accelerate and improve the process.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, designing and implementing innovative solutions that streamline procurement and support company goals.
- Partner with the Procurement Manager to leverage data-driven insights, optimize spend, and elevate procurement performance.
- Develop, distribute, and analyze RFPs for offsite events, including complex hotel and meeting space negotiations.
