ClickUp is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to join their Global Procurement Team, focusing on maximizing value in every transaction and securing savings on purchases. The role emphasizes negotiation, process improvement, and data-driven insights to enhance procurement performance.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in procurement, finance, or contract management, with a proven record of negotiating savings and delivering value.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibility

  • Negotiate savings and favorable terms on all purchases, consistently delivering cost reductions and value for the business.
  • Oversee and refine purchase request workflows, ensuring rapid, accurate execution and proactively identifying opportunities to accelerate and improve the process.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, designing and implementing innovative solutions that streamline procurement and support company goals.
  • Partner with the Procurement Manager to leverage data-driven insights, optimize spend, and elevate procurement performance.
  • Develop, distribute, and analyze RFPs for offsite events, including complex hotel and meeting space negotiations.
