Qualification
- Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
- Familiarity with web, mobile, and desktop application testing
- Ability to write clear and reproducible test cases
- Experience with AI-assisted testing solutions is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and prioritized test suites
- Automate tests for new and existing features
- Conduct manual exploratory and regression testing
- Collaborate with engineering teams on feature development
- Leverage AI-assisted solutions for test case creation and maintenance
- Monitor and improve quality metrics for the squad
- Champion quality within the team to drive improvements
