Qualification
- Experience in business operations, product management, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial metrics and operational efficiency
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering and finance
- Proven track record of managing projects and driving strategic initiatives
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Responsibility
- Own the strategy and operations for key distribution channels and products
- Design and implement critical scaling initiatives to optimize customer onboarding and support
- Drive decisions on 'build vs. buy' strategies for new tooling and systems
- Support go-to-market strategy and commercialization of products, including pricing and margin optimization
- Collaborate with Finance to monitor the financial health of product lines and identify key metrics
- Participate in yearly strategy and company goal planning
- Act as chief project manager, managing timelines and accountability for execution
