Qualification
- Proven experience in a superintendent role within the construction industry, preferably in electrical or industrial projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
Responsibility
- Emphasizes a culture of exceptional safety and best-in-class quality to all foremen and craft, including associated trade partners.
- Responsible for supporting and developing Foremen, including fostering a positive environment for our craft and trade partners.
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
