- Preparation of Estimates: Develop understanding of layout plans and construction environments, review project plans and specifications to prepare estimates, provide support for preconstruction efforts.
- Cost Analysis: Conduct quantity take-offs, understand cost model processes with oversight from management.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work with preconstruction, operational, and opportunity stakeholders.
- Bid Management: Assist in preparing and submitting bid packages accurately and on time.
