Qualification
- 5-7 years of experience in customer experience/solutions operations or business operations
- Experience in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or AI/ML environments
- Proven experience managing workflows and data across systems like Salesforce and JIRA
- Strong ability to communicate between technical and operational teams
- Analytical mindset for solving complex problems
Responsibility
- Develop operational processes for the Customer Experience organization
- Manage systems, processes, and workflows for customer delivery and onboarding
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Accounting, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams
- Ensure operational excellence and scalability in a fast-moving environment
- Act as a technical bridge between Solutions Architects, Sales, and operational teams
