This role is essential for ensuring smooth business functions and scaling operational processes in a fast-paced environment, particularly in the context of cloud infrastructure and AI/ML. The position involves collaboration across various teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualification

  • 5-7 years of experience in customer experience/solutions operations or business operations
  • Experience in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or AI/ML environments
  • Proven experience managing workflows and data across systems like Salesforce and JIRA
  • Strong ability to communicate between technical and operational teams
  • Analytical mindset for solving complex problems

Responsibility

  • Develop operational processes for the Customer Experience organization
  • Manage systems, processes, and workflows for customer delivery and onboarding
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Accounting, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams
  • Ensure operational excellence and scalability in a fast-moving environment
  • Act as a technical bridge between Solutions Architects, Sales, and operational teams
