Crux is a capital markets platform focused on transforming financing for clean energy and manufacturing projects in the U.S. They are seeking a Principal for their Industry Coverage team to build relationships and advise clients on capital structure and financial products.
Qualification
- 8-12 years of experience in power & utilities or renewables finance
- Significant transactional experience across some mix of debt, equity, M&A, tax credits
- Strong understanding of capital structure and formation
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives
- Experience in advising clients on financial products and strategies
- Familiarity with market intelligence and software platforms
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills

- Build enduring relationships at senior and executive levels
- Serve as expert and thought partner to clients on market trends
- Win mandates across all of Crux’s product lines, including debt, tax credits, tax equity
- Advise clients on capital structure & capital formation strategy
- Support clients through transaction execution
- Ensure clients experience maximum value from the Crux software & Intelligence platforms
- Collaborate with product groups to develop new offerings
- Engage with the market through public speaking opportunities
- Contribute to the development of Market Intelligence and intellectual property
