Crux is a capital markets platform focused on financing clean energy and manufacturing projects in the U.S. They are seeking a Principal for their Tax Investor Coverage team to build relationships with buyers, generate leads, and facilitate transactions, contributing to the growth of the clean economy.
Qualification
- Experience in tax equity and tax credits
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Ability to educate and communicate effectively with buyers
- Understanding of capital markets and transaction flow
- Problem-solving skills to address commercial issues
Responsibility
- Build a book of business and nurture buyers throughout the customer lifecycle
- Generate new buyer leads through networking and outreach
- Establish partnerships with senior leaders at corporate buyers, family offices, and banks
- Educate buyers on the Crux platform and its role in tax credit transactions
- Serve as a resource to buyers throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Address transaction issues and educate buyers on risks and mitigants
