Dandy is a rapidly growing company aiming to modernize the dental industry through technology. The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in scaling operations, building infrastructure, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity across various functions.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or systems-focused roles.
- Strong program/project management skills with experience in cross-functional system rollouts.
- Experience in designing and implementing systems for scale, such as ERP/MES and scheduling.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL and Looker to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills to translate operational needs into system requirements.
Responsibility
- Build scalable systems to allocate labor and track operational efficiency (OEE).
- Own architecture and strategy by partnering with Product and Data teams to define system requirements.
- Lead the development of dashboards for real-time insights connecting labor, equipment utilization, and scheduling performance to business outcomes.
- Diagnose operational bottlenecks and design solutions to improve processes.
- Act as a liaison between Strategy Operations, Product, Data, Design, and Manufacturing to ensure system architecture meets operational needs.
