The Delivery Solutions Architect at Databricks is a technical advisor responsible for ensuring customer success with the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. This role involves strategic engagement with customers to maximize the value of their Databricks workloads, driving architectural best practices, and facilitating account growth. The position can be based in Zurich or remotely in Switzerland.
Qualification
- Deep technical knowledge in data architecture, data engineering, data warehousing, or data science.
- Strong architectural judgment and ability to engage with senior technical and business leaders.
- Experience in driving design reviews, performance optimization, and product adoption.
- Ability to create certainty from ambiguity and coordinate complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills to align stakeholders and drive account growth.
Responsibility
- Act as the accountable Databricks Architect for assigned customers, guiding priority use cases from design through go-live.
- Lead the post-technical-win strategy and execution plan for major Databricks use cases.
- Own the technical leadership of assigned use cases, coordinating onboarding, enablement, and successful workload consumption.
- Serve as the first point of contact for production/go-live status across multiple complex use cases.
- Orchestrate the broader Databricks ecosystem, including Shared Services and User Education.
