The role involves managing EDB's distributor and partner network, developing strategic plans for partners, and driving sales growth through a value-added partner ecosystem. The position is hands-on and requires the executive to manage partner recruitment, enablement, and support functions while achieving revenue quotas.
Qualification
- Experience in indirect channel sales
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and channel management
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Responsibility
- Manage EDB’s distributor and partner network in Indonesia
- Develop strategic plans for partners to drive sales growth
- Oversee the enablement and expansion of EDB’s VAR, SI, and distributor network
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue quotas through partner-generated sales
- Identify, recruit, and support partners across the assigned territory
