Account Manager responsible for building and nurturing long-term customer partnerships, driving retention and expansion, and translating customer needs into actionable inputs for the OMP solution roadmap. Serves as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure successful governance and outcomes.

Qualification

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar customer-facing role managing long-term B2B relationships.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain multi-level stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate customer needs to internal teams.
  • Strong account planning and strategy development skills, including short-, mid-, and long-term plans.
  • Experience with stakeholder mapping and governance in project delivery.
  • Ability to drive customer engagement, retention, and expansion (upsell/cross-sell).
  • Negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and standard account-management processes; data-driven decision making.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibility

  • Develop outstanding customer partnerships across the entire customer life cycle.
  • Build and manage long-lasting relationships with multiple levels of stakeholders.
  • Understand customers' industry and business situation, concerns, and needs.
  • Communicate customers' needs and concerns to internal teams (delivery, marketing, etc.).
  • Articulate and develop an account strategy aligned with OMP culture and strategy, including short-, mid-, and long-term action plans.
  • Map stakeholders using organization charts of customer leadership and teams.
  • Align with the project team during all project phases through optimized governance.
  • Maximize customer engagement and retention by increasing OMP awareness and mindshare at the customer.
  • Guide customers toward optimal use of the solution by being the go-to contact after project delivery.
  • Prepare and run account management meetings to assess customer needs, review scorecards, and share relevant content.
  • Negotiate new areas of business within existing accounts.
  • Develop and manage a short-term and strategic account action plan that engages with appropriate initiatives at the customer’s side.
  • Balance and dynamically prioritize multiple customer engagements.
  • Shape and manage customer expectations through changing relationship stages.
