The Client Engagement Executive at Ensono is responsible for managing and expanding strategic relationships with insurance clients, driving profitable growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. Qualification
- Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably in a technology or managed services environment.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze data and insights to drive client satisfaction and service delivery improvements.
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Service Delivery, Pricing, and Solutions Engineering.
Responsibility
- Serve as the client’s main point of contact at Ensono, responsible for the commercial relationship.
- Expand key technical and business relationships, maximizing the current service portfolio.
- Build and nurture partnerships and alliances that support client transformation and growth.
- Partner with Service Delivery Team to analyze and communicate client health and satisfaction.
- Facilitate internal and client status reviews to ensure alignment and address service delivery issues.
