The Client Engagement Executive at Ensono is responsible for managing and expanding strategic relationships with insurance clients, driving profitable growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role emphasizes collaboration across various teams to support clients' digital transformation journeys and enhance service delivery.

Qualification

  • Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably in a technology or managed services environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation and technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and insights to drive client satisfaction and service delivery improvements.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Service Delivery, Pricing, and Solutions Engineering.

Responsibility

  • Serve as the client’s main point of contact at Ensono, responsible for the commercial relationship.
  • Expand key technical and business relationships, maximizing the current service portfolio.
  • Build and nurture partnerships and alliances that support client transformation and growth.
  • Partner with Service Delivery Team to analyze and communicate client health and satisfaction.
  • Facilitate internal and client status reviews to ensure alignment and address service delivery issues.
