This role involves sourcing and developing interactive IP integrations with athletes, teams, and leagues, while also supporting cultural efforts with brands and talent. Qualification
- Proven experience in business development and partnership management, particularly in the sports industry.
- Strong understanding of the gaming industry and experience with interactive IP integrations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with external partners.
- Ability to influence product strategy and translate partnership ideas into actionable outcomes.
- Experience representing a brand at industry events and summits.
Responsibility
- Lead day-to-day engagement with external partners to understand their goals and ensure campaign elements reflect partner objectives and Epic’s brand standards.
- Act as Epic’s external face within the sports industry, developing strong relationships with leagues, talent agencies, athletes, and brand partners.
- Represent Epic at major industry events and summits.
- Partner closely with Product and Consumer teams to align partnership initiatives with Epic’s broader objectives.
- Collaborate with development and creative teams to identify and pitch sports partnership ideas for gameplay offerings.
