Formlabs is seeking an Overlay Sales Manager in Tokyo to lead the growth of their account management team and expand their business in Japan. The role involves developing sales strategies, engaging with large accounts, and driving revenue in the 3D printing industry.

Qualification

  • 5+ years in sales roles (majority in B2B and hardware-related)
  • Proven experience managing $5M+ in revenue
  • Proven experience working with large customers in Japan
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
  • Humble, coachable, and committed to continuous learning
  • STEM degree, especially Mechanical Engineering degrees
  • Effectively conversant in English
  • Willingness to travel domestically

Responsibility

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that drive customer growth and retention
  • Personally engage with large accounts and major deals to secure high-value opportunities
  • Design and execute structured sales plays to expand customer relationships and drive revenue
  • Independently build the funnel to grow sales opportunities
