Qualification
- Proven experience in advertising sales or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting and dashboard creation
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in strategic planning and execution
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Responsibility
- Drive analytical Ads agenda for Poland, including building dashboards and tools for Commercial Teams
- Lead Ads Weekly Business Reviews to drive measurable business outcomes
- Own the reporting structure for the commercial team, ensuring data-driven alignment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of key ads campaigns
- Participate in the creation of Joined Business Plans and negotiations with Top Accounts
