This role focuses on integrating finance operations with technology to enhance efficiency and drive value through automation and improved internal experiences.

- Proven experience in finance transformation and technology integration.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and finance operations.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
- Ability to drive automation and improve internal processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibility
- Own the Finance Systems and Transformation roadmap, defining vision and prioritizing initiatives by value.
- Lead the end-to-end finance transformation lifecycle, maintaining a value-driven backlog.
- Coordinate delivery across Tech, ERP, and Automation teams.
- Manage the lifecycle of finance systems from discovery to delivery.
- Ensure enhancements or feature releases deliver measurable business impact.
