Glovo is a fast-growing multi-category app seeking a Sales Executive to build relationships with restaurant partners, improve customer propositions, and drive growth in the local marketplace. The role involves prospecting, contract negotiations, onboarding, and performance monitoring of restaurant partners, with a focus on achieving sales goals.

Qualification

  • 1+ years of hands-on sales experience
  • Outstanding listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.)
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Fluent in Polish and communicative in English

Responsibility

  • Build relationships with new restaurant partners
  • Lead contract negotiations with restaurant partners
  • Oversee the restaurant onboarding process
  • Monitor and evaluate restaurant performance during the first 30 days
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals
  • Keep the sales pipeline updated daily
